本系特色:活力海洋、樂活餐飲

近年來,隨著國人生活水準逐漸提升,個人健康意識日益抬頭,本系以「活力海洋、樂活餐飲」為發展特色,在系科課程之規劃將結合社子島及淡水地區之地方特色,強化調理健康、天然及生機等素材之廚藝技能,厚植專業、優質及創新之經營管理與服務技巧,培養樂活慢食及人文美學之餐飲知識。

本系將以生活化、趣味化及數位化之教學方法,達成樂活學習之教育目標,以培育具備「樂活概念之餐飲專業人才」及具備「餐飲專業知識之經營管理人才」。

 

Department Feature: Dynamic Ocean, Lohas Catering

With the growth of our living standard and the raise of health conscience in recent years, the curriculum of Department of Food & Beverage Management features the idea of “Dynamic Ocean, Lohas Catering” in combination with both Shilin and Tamsui local colorings to prepare professionals in Hospitality Management.

Through this mission, the department aims to cultivate students’ culinary knowledge of slow food catering and humanities aesthetics with emphasis on the development of culinary art skills as well as high-quality managerial and service techniques in hospitality industry.
