Department Feature: Dynamic Ocean, Lohas Catering

With the growth of our living standard and the raise of health conscience in recent years, the curriculum of Department of Food & Beverage Management features the idea of “Dynamic Ocean, Lohas Catering” in combination with both Shilin and Tamsui local colorings to prepare professionals in Hospitality Management.

Through this mission, the department aims to cultivate students’ culinary knowledge of slow food catering and humanities aesthetics with emphasis on the development of culinary art skills as well as high-quality managerial and service techniques in hospitality industry.
