2. 108年-超高壓輔助電漿破壁小球藻之蛋白質水解物調節膽固醇的效果 (MOST 108-2221-E-229-001 -),計畫主持人。

3. 109-110年-銀髮族之擠壓功能性休閒食品的開發與高靜水壓輔助蛋白酶水解乳酸發酵小球藻之水解產物的降膽固醇效果(MOST 109-2221-E-229-001-MY2),計畫主持人。

4. 111-112年-高靜水壓結合超音波輔助蛋白酶水解乳酸發酵鱸魚皮之水解物中生物活性肽的製備與純化與其降膽固醇的效果(MOST 111-2221-E-229 -001 -MY2),計畫主持人。
